Microstat filter achieve an excellent filtration efficiency and permit at the same time a good air permeability. The electrostatic effectiveness of microstat filter media will be obtained by a mixture of different synthetic fibres (modacrylic fibres, polypropylene fibres etc.). The progressive composition of the filter media enables the depth effect of the filter and thus a long lifetime of the filter. |

Depending on grammage (30 – 400 g/m²) classes of coarse and fine dust filters between G2 and F5 will be achieved
Microstat filters are available in rolls or cut to the requested size, also packed in polybags if required |

Treatment capacities for our microstat nonwovens include: |

Quality control |
In our own laboratory we test filter media concerning their filtration efficiency and air permeability at different flow rates. A particle counter determines the degree of separation for several measuring ranges between 0,3 and 10 µ. |
